• Supervise inmate population, including meals, work periods, visitation, and furloughs.
• Conduct intake on inmates when necessary.
• Evaluate staff after probation and annually thereafter.
• Organize staff meetings and implement procedures per policy.
• Ensure safety, welfare, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain documentation and data entry on WRIMS.
