Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years construction management or related experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.
• Experience coordinating craft workers, subcontractors, and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site operations, equipment, labor and schedule scope.
• Supervise sub-contractors and craft teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Review certifications, trainings and timecards for craft workers.
• Support project managers with schedule development and updates.
• Perform site orientation, safety meetings, and performance evaluations.
