Shift Schedule: varying daytime hours Monday-Friday

Are you looking to advance your career by leading and mentoring your own kitchen crew? Dove Healthcare - South Eau Claire is seeking a dynamic individual that values quality and customer service to manage the nutritional and dining needs of our residents.

This position is responsible for assisting with:

  • purchasing food and supplies while implementing menu cycles
  • evaluating and ensuring that the department is in code compliance and follows all sanitation and infection control procedures
  • implementing departmental policies and procedures
  • meeting residents' nutritional needs with menu planning and recipe selection
  • scheduling and oversite of dietary department staff
  • helping out when needed as a cook

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Dietary Manager/Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM/CFPP) is desired, but not required
  • previous experience in healthcare or food service with supervisory skills
  • experience in quantity cooking
