Job summary

Diversicare seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations at our Alabama facility. You will partner with regional leaders to maintain high standards of care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance improvements to achieve 5-star ratings.

You bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare Administration or related field, a current Long-Term Care Administrator license (NHA), and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in senior care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Health Care Administration in Long Term Care (NHA).
• Bachelor's or Master in related field and 5 years supervisory experience; licensure expected within one year of hire.
• Experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the facility to deliver high-quality care and services.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve 5 Star rating status.
• Oversee recruitment, staff development, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ensure effective communication among staff, residents, and families; maintain compliance with regulations.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and safety programs.
