Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on center needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the patient and resident is at the center of every decision.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations.

• Stewardship to meet budgetary commitments.
