Role Description The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator is a full-time, on-site role located in Warren, AR, supporting the overall operations of a long-term care facility within DHS. This role assists the Nursing Home Administrator with daily oversight of resident care services, staff scheduling and supervision, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include helping manage budgets and resources, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring that residents receive safe, respectful, and person-centered care. The position collaborates with clinical and support staff to address resident needs, resolve concerns, and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and regulatory agencies. The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator also contributes to staff training, policy implementation, and performance monitoring to support a high standard of care and operational efficiency.
