You will partner with clinical and operations leaders to ensure outstanding resident experiences, care outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

This role offers growth toward a Director of Continuing Care, with compensation of $105,000–$115,000 per year plus annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in long-term care.
• Licensed nursing home administrator required.
• Knowledgeable in the aging process and resident needs.
• Demonstrates strong financial management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to drive occupancy growth in Continuing Care.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing, dining, admissions, resident services, and more to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor performance through financial and operational metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Foster onboarding, training, and professional development for staff to support resident-centered care.
• Champion a robust quality assurance and continuous improvement program for exceptional outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to maintain a positive workplace culture.
