The Blossoms in Rogers, AR seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support planning, development, and evaluation of Nursing Department services. You will work closely with leadership to ensure holistic, rehabilitative care for residents, and you may assume supervisory duties in the Director’s absence.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• Experience in nursing management/administration is preferred (1 year recommended).

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing and evaluating Nursing Department services.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet facility goals with a holistic rehab approach.
• Supervise Nursing Department in the Director's absence.
