The Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM) oversees their designated unit, including nursing practice and administrative duties. Working with the Unit/Department Nursing Operations Manager, the ANOM guides unit operations, focusing on customer experience, budget, HR activities, leadership, and quality outcomes.
At ORMC's PACU, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with surgical and anesthesia teams to prepare patients for surgery and ensure their safety.
Minimum qualifications: Two years RN experience in PACU or ICU, and one year leadership experience.

Minimum two years RN experience in PACU or ICU, with at least one year in leadership.
