Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in Brick, NJ is seeking a full-time Day shift Nursing Leader to drive recruitment, retention, and staff development. You will lead rounds with leaders, support unit goals, and oversee performance evaluations to enhance care quality.

The role requires an RN license in NJ, an associate degree or diploma in nursing, and BSN in progress within three years of hire. Magnet-related certification within two years is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in NJ and BLS HCP certification preferred.

• Resolve conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions.

• Prepare and conduct periodic performance evaluations for staff.
• Monitor unit orientation process for all roles as necessary.
• Optimize the patient and family experience of care.
• Lead or conduct root cause analysis investigations.

Requirements

Education:
