Qualifications

• BSN required; must obtain BSN within 3 years for current incumbents
• 2 years nursing experience required
• RN license in CT required
• BLS certification required, AHA credentialed

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and clinical personnel within the unit
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, and colleague schedules
• Monitor patient throughput and ensure safe, high-quality care
• Lead Performance Improvement initiatives in the assigned area
