Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Neuro Critical Care in Dallas. This role supports the Nurse Manager to ensure clinical quality, safety, and top-tier patient care on a fast-paced unit.

The ANM may function as staff nurse or relief charge nurse as needed, requires BSN, Texas RN license, BLS, and 3 years of nursing experience, with ongoing specialty certification or plans to obtain within a year.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; national certification in specialty area, or plan to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager to maintain clinical quality, safety, and service.
• Serve as staff nurse and/or relief charge nurse on the assigned unit as needed, under the Nurse Manager's direction.
