They assist in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services, providing managerial presence across shifts, and managing clinical and non-clinical staff.

The ANM ensures compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements, implements policies, coaches staff, and collaborates to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support unit management in operational and clinical oversight


• Manage staff performance, coaching, and mentoring


• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards


• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BS or BSN); RN license in the relevant state
