Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced nurse leader to assist the Nurse Manager with unit operations and ensure high-quality patient care across shifts.

You will act as an expert clinical resource, facilitate admissions, transfers and discharges, lead change initiatives, coach staff development, and assign patients as needed to maintain efficient flow. This role offers growth within a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with multiple locations and a sign-on bonus.
