AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager ICU Neuro. The role performs venous access procedures within RN scope, administers infusion therapies, and develops care plans. You will supervise nursing staff, mentor peers, and lead quality improvements to ensure high standards of patient care.
The position requires RN licensure with BLS CPR, 1+ year leadership in acute care, and offers night shifts with a 3 x 12 hour schedule. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available.
