Qualifications

• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• RN licensed in WA; BSN encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate unit services across shifts.
• Provide managerial presence and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coach, mentor and collaborate to deliver high-quality patient care.
