Job summary

Baptist Health in Fleming Island, FL is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team. This full-time night-shift role (7pm–7am) supports staff, manages patient flow, and ensures high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of nursing experience, including medical-surgical and telemetry, plus leadership or charge nurse background. RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred.
