Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, allocating resources, maintaining compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and Joint Commission standards, and guiding operational improvements in a 24/7 environment. RN license in California required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team or unit by monitoring the execution and completion of tactical action items and work assignments.
• Supervises hospital administrative functions to support patient care and manage data, budgets, and compliance.
• Manages care delivery operations in 24/7 environment, coordinating resources and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervises improvements to operations and technology processes and monitors performance metrics.
• Ensures safe, quality, standardized care delivery and regulatory compliance across the continuum of care.
