Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor in Georgia to oversee a specialty area, directly supervising staff, managing inventory, and assigning team members. This role coordinates case planning, patient flow and process implementation to drive quality outcomes.

You will oversee performance on key quality measures, while maintaining fiscal responsibility for your unit. A registered nurse license in Georgia is required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of college coursework.
• One year of related experience with working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
• Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License.
• Supervisory experience and certification preferred.
• CPR must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BSN preferred.
