What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
- Make decisions to allocate time and resources effectively to various projects
- Manage and assign team members to ensure excellent customer service and care
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Participate in continuous education through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts

- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Background in retail or service industry
- Familiarity with moving and storage operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
