Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Merchandising Associate to join the Merchant team in Fort Myers, FL. You will support the development of a competitive product assortment, respond to customer feedback and market trends, and collaborate across Planning, Product Development, Marketing, and Digital Commerce to drive growth.

You'll manage order entry and product attributes, track samples by season, and provide ad-hoc reporting to inform merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-year experience required.

• Basic knowledge of retail math.

Responsibilities

• Develops a competitive merchandise assortment focused on the customer.
• Partners with Production and Allocation to manage delivery flow and address issues.
• Builds cross-functional partnerships across Planning, Product Development, Marketing, and Allocation.
• Manages order entry and product attributes based on approved buy plan; initiates PO revisions.
• Organizes and tracks samples by season, classification, and delivery.
• Coordinates with Digital Commerce Merchandising Site Operations and International teams on assortment updates.
• Travels to stores to connect with customers and gather feedback.
• Performs ad-hoc reporting to aid merchandising decisions.
