Job summary

The Assistant Merchandiser supports the Head of Merchandising with the organization and management of inventory.

The role covers day-to-day administrative tasks, updating line sheets, creating style numbers, and coordinating across teams to keep materials and assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or fashion merchandising.
• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or related role in retail or fashion.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Google Sheets, Adobe Suite and Miro.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the merchandising team, including tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and keeping files & communications organized.
• Update the asset library on Miro and maintain the libraries of multiple brands; organize and update regularly.
• Create line sheets with accurate information, imagery, style details, pricing and colorways for the wholesale team.
