Job summary

All We Wear Group is seeking a seasoned merchandise allocator to review stock sources, plan redistribution, analyse performance and drive OTB across regions.

You will work with stores, outlets and marketing to implement best practices, plan seasonal options, manage WSSI, line cards, and promotions to maximize sell-through while protecting margins.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years merchandising experience at senior allocator level.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; highly organised.
• Excellent Excel knowledge.
• Experience with Business Objects, Power BI and SAP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee old stock review and re-distribution across countries.
• Analyze sales performance and inventory levels; prepare action plans.
• Manage OTB, WSSI and line cards; drive stock to targets.
• Identify slow sellers and plan weekly promotions.
• Collaborate with stores managers to drive sales strategy.
• Develop processes reflecting changing business dynamics.

Job description

The Role

• Periodic review and analysis of old stock sources, to ensure best re-distribution of old seasonal stock across all countries.


• Analysing sales performance, inventory levels and put together action plans for the team.


• OTB management.


• WSSI and line cards management. Manage the inventory to deliver the targets for the department and the brand.


• Identify slow sellers and suggest weekly promotional activity.


• Regularly reviewing discount and offers to maximize sell thru whilst maintaining margins across multiple regions.


• Liaise weekly with all stores managers and clusters; effectively communicate and visit stores with regards to highlighting opportunities, to drive sales and influencing agreed strategy.


• Develop processes that reflect changing dynamics of the business and be instrumental in implementing best practices.


• Planning


• Formulate and drive along with Outlet managers, and the marketing department, the Outlet Sales strategy.


• Assist the process of range building and sales planning.


• Seasonal option planning and matrix review


• Outlet old stock reservations. Liaise with stocks team and manage stock turns. Look for opportunities aimed at reducing old stocks inventory.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• 2-3 years merchandising experience, at senior allocator level


• Strong numerical and analytical skills and be highly organised


• Strong Excel knowledge


• Business Object, Power BI, SAP


• Foreign languages is a plus: Spanish, French, or German


• The ability to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team


• Proven problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task


• The ability to plan and prioritise workload efficiently


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
