Responsibilities include routine maintenance, oil changes, diagnosing issues under a lead mechanic, keeping the shop clean, and helping with parts' pickups. Schedule is full-time with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning.
• Experience with vehicles, small engines, or landscaping equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with others.

• Assist with routine maintenance and basic repairs on trucks, trailers, mowers, and landscaping equipment.
• Perform oil changes, tire changes, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance.
• Help diagnose mechanical issues under the direction of the Lead Mechanic.
• Clean, organize, and maintain the shop, tools, and work areas.
• Pick up parts and supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repairs.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in different positions for extended periods
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate tools and mechanical equipment
