Job summary

Kierland Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ, is offering a full-time Assistant Mechanic position within Troon’s hospitality-focused golf operations. You will support the Head Mechanic and maintain equipment to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, possess a valid driver's license, and communicate well in English; bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus. This on-site role includes competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills.
• General knowledge of electrical troubleshooting preferred.
• General mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Mechanic in daily mower checks (height/quality of cut).
• Perform preventative maintenance per PM program and document records.
• Perform other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities (Golf Maintenance):

• Assist Head Mechanic in the checking of all mowers daily including height/quality of cut
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks in line with current PM program including reporting and record keeping
• Perform other duties as required
