Job summary

San Pedro Golf Course in Benson, AZ, part of Troon, is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Mechanic to service and repair motorized equipment and mowing gear. You will work with a maintenance team to keep equipment in top condition and ensure safe operations on the course.

Applicants should have a college/trade certificate or 3–6 months related experience. Valid driver's license and a mechanical certificate are preferred. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits offered by Troon.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs, maintenance, and servicing of motorized equipment.
• Overhaul and repair maintenance vehicles, mowing equipment, and other power equipment.
• Inspect equipment, adjust components, and service tires and hydraulics as needed.
• Operate or train on maintenance equipment and contribute to safety practices.
• Assist in training staff in proper care of golf course equipment.
