What Our Assistant Mechanics Do

Our Assistant Mechanics are essential to maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to repairs. If you possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire for professional growth, joining our team will be a perfect fit for you.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by following Bowlero Corp and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain equipment to ensure optimal working condition.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance programs and perform daily center maintenance.
• Complete the Bowlero Corp Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed timeframe.
• Assist leadership teams and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and operate all bowling equipment.

What It Takes

• High School Diploma with emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Eager to continue training or advance into a mechanic role.
• Previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience encouraged.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
