Responsibilities

• Educate guests on meat selections, prep, and premium products.
• Partner with Meat Manager to manage inventory, stocking, and daily goals.
• Assist in scheduling and annual performance reviews for up to 10 staff.
• Maintain health, food safety, and department cleanliness and compliance.
• Operate knives, slicers, and wrapping stations with precision and safety.
