What you will do as an Assistant Math Learning Center Director:

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students
• Build relationships with families and communicate student progress to provide exceptional customer service
• Lead and coach team members to deliver effective instruction in a group setting
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions

Applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency as part of our hiring process.

Each franchisee is responsible for employment matters in their center. If hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not Mathnasium.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Note: Locations are independently owned and operated; employment is with the franchisee.
