Job summary

Mathnasium of North Alpharetta is seeking a passionate leader to support center operations, assess students, and drive enrollment. You will partner with the Center Director to deliver Mathnasium Method instruction and ensure a positive learning environment.

Ideal candidates bring math proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to learn. The role offers after-school and weekend availability with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
• Exceptional math competency through Algebra I or higher

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing learning plans
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions
• Mentor and support staff development through on-the-job training
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, or hybrid using the Mathnasium Method and materials
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students

• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills
