Job summary

Mathnasium Learning Centers is seeking an Assistant Director at our Monroe/Charlotte location. This part-time leadership role focuses on guiding student learning, supporting sales, and delivering quality math instruction to K-12 students.

You will help tailor student learning plans, engage families, and coach a team to ensure effective group instruction. The position offers after-school and weekend hours with opportunities for advancement.

• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing learning plans.
• Assist with sales, respond to leads and enroll students.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate student progress to families.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students' learning progress and engagement during sessions.

What you will do as an Assistant Director

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and opportunities and developing customized student learning plans


• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students


• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress


• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting


• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
