Job summary

Mathnasium of South Charlotte seeks an Assistant Director to support the Center Director, identify student needs, and develop customized learning plans for K-12 students. This role offers part-time hours after school and on weekends with opportunities for advancement.

We provide consistent training on education, sales, and management, plus a supportive, student-focused culture and all necessary curriculum and instructional tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to foster teamwork and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
