Job summary

Mathnasium of Coeur d'Alene is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in leading after-school math learning for K-12 students. You will help with assessments, learning plans, enrollment, and daily operations in a friendly, student-centered environment.

We offer part-time hours after school, a supportive team culture, and ongoing training in education, sales, and management. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions.
• Mentor and support employee development with on-the-job training for staff.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method and practices.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
