Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years related experience.
• Proven experience in materials department and shipping/receiving.
• Familiarity with supply chain, inventory management, and Navision.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to forecast, budget, and contribute to policy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control procurement activities from contract to delivery.
• Enter information into Navision and validate its correctness.
• Supervise storeroom and central supply personnel.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and change notices.
• Review contracts, bids, and vendor agreements for compliance.
• Oversee procurement from intent to purchase through delivery.
• Interface with purchasing on supplier problems and feedback.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure Finance Policy 2100 compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers on invoices and payments.
