The Assistant Materials Manager is part of the Materials Management plant team responsible for procurement of raw materials, production planning, inventory control, and shipping teams in Tennant North America plants. The role involves leading and completing the monthly Sales and Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP), collaborating with Business Unit, Global Supply, Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure SIOP cycle completion. This individual will also manage and lead our Production Planning and Inventory Control Teams and coordinate Materials Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Competitive base salary: $83,500 - $125,100 annually, commensurate with experience. Total compensation includes benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
