You will partner with supervisors and leadership to drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the line, balancing hands-on work with people leadership. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Basic English communication skills sufficient for team use.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, quality specifications.
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math.
• PIV and Inspector certifications preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment and conduct regular safety walks.
• Set up production lines and assist with staffing as needed.
• Motivate and develop team members and support hiring processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Review batch docs, perform preventive maintenance, and update records.
• Lead safety, quality, and production goal reviews in tier meetings.
