Job summary

Holiday Oil is seeking an Assistant Manager for its West Valley location to support daily operations and lead a frontline team. You will help with staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable attendance, and the ability to open/close shifts across a Sunday–Saturday schedule. Prior retail or training experience is helpful, with POS familiarity and a focus on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
