Job summary

Holiday Oil in West Jordan, Utah is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and a willingness to open/close on a Sunday–Saturday schedule. Prior retail and training experience is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to open and close stores on Sundays through Saturdays.
• Experience training or supervising staff is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; familiar with POS systems.
• Must have a safe driving record and Utah driver's license.

Responsibilities

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
