Job summary

Starwood Hotels in South Beach seeks an Assistant Manager, Wellness & Spa to lead the spa team, provide individual support and direction when necessary, and ensure a world-class, serene guest experience.

With at least 2 years in a similar role and a passion for hospitality, you will excel in spa operations, guest and team member engagement, and the financial performance of the spa, while supporting a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a spa/hospitality setting.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Strong leader with a track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the wellness & spa team and provide individual support and direction as needed.
• Maintain a serene spa environment, ensure on-time appointments and handle special guest requests.
• Adapt to a 24-hour operation and uphold luxury service standards.

About you

Advanced knowledgeable of spa operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
