Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Corte Madera, CA to drive sales, supervise daily operations, and develop a high-performing team.

You’ll oversee staffing, payroll, and training, while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining brand standards. You’ll lead floorset updates, styling guidance, and product knowledge, with a focus on inventory control, omni-channel fulfillment, and reporting-driven decision making.

Job Description:The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
