Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Corte Madera, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service while overseeing opening and closing routines.

The role includes staffing, training and developing non‑management staff, merchandising, inventory control and POS operation. You’ll represent the brand, coach teammates, and help grow the store while upholding company

Job Description: The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Starting rate: $26.00 per hour. (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $26.00-$26.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
