Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales through customer-focused service, oversee openings and closings, manage staffing and payroll, and coach non-management staff. You’ll apply product knowledge, lead visual displays, analyze reports for decisions, and protect assets while delivering omnichannel support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and brand knowledge.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team leadership ability.
• Ability to coach others and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service.
