White House Black Market in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a welcoming, personalized customer experience, and building community connections that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will drive financial goals, hire and coach associates, share product knowledge, and maintain an inspiring store environment while ensuring smooth operations, inventory, and an omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
