WHBM in Hillsdale Shopping Center, San Mateo, CA, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience on the sales floor.

This role emphasizes hiring, coaching, product knowledge, omni-channel service, and maintaining brand standards. You will foster a welcoming environment, ensure safe store operations, and build community connections through events and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor.

Responsibilities
