Our Assistant Manager Trainee Part-time gains knowledge and experience,requiredfor promotion to higher management positions underdirectionof experienced personnel, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Position Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
• Mustpossessbasic organizational and/or applicable math skills

• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus
• MustpossessHigh School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Exam
