Qualifications

Our Manager Trainee gains knowledge and experiencerequired for promotion to higher management positions underdirectionof experienced personnel, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. This entry-level position is purposely designed to be transitory andgenerally lasts6-18 monthsbefore promotion to the next level. Primary Duties

• Provide excellent customer service andassistcustomers throughout the store

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Checking and retrieving merchandise from stockroom as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor

• Enforcement of all company policies
• Performs or may performadditionalduties as assigned by management and supervision

Position Requirements
