Responsibilities include but are not limited to: customer sales and service, directing customers, answering phones, providing product descriptions, proposing add-on sales, managing merchandise, cleaning, restocking, and organizing the sales floor. This entry-level position is designed to be transitional, lasting typically 6-18 months before promotion, supported by a comprehensive training program aimed at developing management skills. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, energetic, sports-minded, with solid customer service backgrounds or relevant educational paths, and must have enthusiasm for our products. This is an hourly, non-exempt role.
