Why the role exists:

This entry-level position develops foundational leadership skills through hands-on experience in customer service, daily operations, and team support.

This is active, relationship-oriented work.

This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
