Lane Bryant in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive daily store operations and brand excellence. You will lead the store team to deliver consistently positive customer experiences on the sales floor and in partnership with the leadership team.

You will coach and develop talent, oversee merchandising, stocking, and visual standards, and collaborate on community events and store performance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
