Job summary

Lane Bryant is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Langhorne, PA location. You will lead daily store operations, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will partner with the store leadership to recruit and develop talent, drive merchandising execution, and maintain strong product knowledge across departments, while staying flexible for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months specialty retail and management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, supervisory, and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of daily store operations, visual standards, and action plans.
• Coach and develop store team to deliver positive customer experiences.
• Drive store results by implementing Lane Bryant customer experience and product knowledge strategies.
